This is our third car and have had no problems with any of them.The sale team have been great to deal with and would go back again

 So I purchased a car from oz car Cardiff recently, and just wanted to say that they made everything really easy and simple. They sorted everything out to make my purchase stress free :) definitely worth the spontaneous decision to visit.

I came into ozcar about a week earlier and there wasnt exactly what i wanted or in my price range and i left my details, a few days later i recieved a call saying that there was a car on the lot that suited what i wanted. It was the car that i wanted.
I recieved a fair price for my trade in and was happy with that.
But on the test drive i noticed the steering wheel shuttered when going over 80km/h. When telling the staff they agreed to check the car and pay for any problems/repairs.
Also within a week of having the car i got a flat battery. The next day ozcar came out and replaced the battery for me for free.
Over all i can say that i am happy with my new car, my trade in price, the customer service and the whole experience.

Upon arrival , i was greeted warmly then asked what i was looking for in a car . Then I was shown the perfect car for my needs . The trade price i got was well above expectations , it really was retail price given to me . There was no pressure , no lies , no drama ....... the perfect car buying experience . I recommend ozcar Penrith to any and all , absolutely faultless! !!!
