Easy to deal with, got the new car no fuss, great trade in, only down side, the product review girl said For my feedback I would receive a gift in the mail, I never received anything. But can't blame Oz Car for that, these reviews must be a third party. That is the only dull mark on my Oz Car experience.

Went into Cardiff yard as a returning customer with the car that i had bought a few years back, Jacob came out and had a chat with me. I told him the situation on the car i had brought in, my financial and personal situation and what i was looking for. We went through the usual stuff, the trade in price on the car, had a look around the yard, nothing there that was within my budget grabbed my eye so we went inside and Jacob did some investigating at other yards and found exactly what i was looking for, only issue was the car he had found was in Dubbo. He got the car delivered to Cardiff the next day, went for a drive and i fell in love! Paperwork done, Finance done and drove home in my new car the next day. I cant thank Jacob and Ben enough for all their help, nothing was too hard for them, they did everything they could to ensure i had what i wanted and i left happy, even managed to get me a ripper deal!! Especially Jacob, i took my 3 year old daughter with me on the first day i went in and she was excited to look around, and when we were inside on the computer Jacob got a big notepad and some markers and she was in her element drawing away and having fun, he even made sure she liked the car before asking me :) I will definately be back for another car when i need another upgrade, and will definately be back for regular servicing! Thanks again boys....

AFS Blacktown have been great. Got far more for my trade-in than expected and I bought a Calais V Redline. The repayments are even less than what I was paying. The car is now due for a service, so I booked it in and it is being done free of charge. Cant ask for anymore than that...

My son is now looking at AFS Blacktown for his new car.

My new Holden Cruze is amazing, and the team at Wollongong Ozcar were outstanding. It definitely wasn't the typical car sales that we have come to expect. They really out did themselves. Everyone was extremely helpful and the after sales service has been amazing. I have been telling everyone if they need to buy a car to go to Ozcar, I can't stop raving enough. And I love my new car.

 The guys were very helpful, sam was my sales guy he helped me compare three or four cars , we decided on the likely candidate and took it for a drive. He was up to date with the cars features etc. upon deciding we met Lucky who helped me through the test drive insurance etc and also the purchase, deposit and final payment. When i returned to make the final payment the finance girl ( i dont know her name) was very efficient she had all the paperwork complete and it only took 10 minutes to finalise. Overall it was a very pleasant expierience. I would reccomend OzCar to any of my friends. THANKS!!!!!
